It’s a recipe that has been used before by The Lumineers, but this feels less surgical, and more of a party; the synergy here between elements is undeniable.

It’s got some big energy, and some piano-forward uptempo rock and roll, with a sound that splits the difference between Bruce Springsteen, fun., and Josh Ritter: Morning Clover by Long Range Hustle is blustery, tuneful, and features a finely-assembled band sound.

The production is boisterous and slightly frantic, with a core of authentic bravado and a dose of philosophic acuity. The energy is heated, with a very live feel, some impassioned drums, and a big singalong. The songwriting features breaks over the verse, big harmony for the chorus, and a piano-doubled melody to pull it all together. It’s a recipe that has been used before by The Lumineers, but this feels less surgical, and more of a party; the synergy here between elements is undeniable.

Long Range Hustle is an Indie Rock band from Canada. This song is featured on our CHILL NEW Songwriters playlist.
