A note-to-self about hanging on to that once-in-a-lifetime connection.

Coupling a pop-friendly keyboard sound with their own spin on indie-rock, Township presents a synth-laden adulation, bathed in the throwback-vibe of a band like The Paper Kites. From the punchy-fuzz of the electric guitar, to the glistening lake of reverb, to the prom-night alpha-presence from the lead vocal, Electric Rhythm is a love song, wrapped in a warm and inviting blanket of electronic ephemera.

It comes down to a single moment, and a choice about how to get more of that sweet love, because it is never enough. This song feels like a moment alone with that special someone, doing whatever feels right.

It’s just you and me now

Fayetteville’s own Township brings the hooks with their new single Electric Rhythm, a note-to-self about hanging on to that once-in-a-lifetime connection.

Township is a Synthpop band from Fayetteville, AR. This song is featured on our CHILL Angeles playlist.
