Combines acoustic guitar, percussion, and a buttery bass line with pop melodies and a potful of romantic frustration.
Krister Axel - Oct 19, 2019

Colours, the debut single from UK artist Jotsey, blends acoustic soul with ambient and electronic pop tones, and explores the emotions that can blind someone to a toxic situation. By mixing a simple guitar hook with an honest and vulnerable lead vocal, Jotsey crafts a groovy pop confection that is perfect for fans of Jon Bellion.

When Jotsey found chemistry with the right producer, he began work on his debut EP Colours which was just released. He is a young singer songwriter from Bolton who started making music in 2015 with a pop-punk band, but soon decided to create his own unique sound. Colours, the latest from Jotsey, is an engaging electro-pop track that combines acoustic guitar, percussion, and a buttery bass line with pop melodies and a potful of romantic frustration.

This track was recorded in a garden cabin in South Manchester, with kommy at SHED studios. This song is featured on our CHILL NEW Songwriters playlist.
