Nick Brodeur grew up in California, surrounded by music. He held a guitar for the first time at the age of 5, and hasn’t been able to put it down ever since. Heavily influenced by the raw guitar-mojo of Jimi Hendrix, Metallica, and Guns N' Roses, Nick has channeled the legacy of his idols into a signature mix of lo-fi rock and pop.

"Believe It's Your Time" is released in collaboration with the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation, and finds Brodeur singing about the process of overcoming life's difficulties, from addiction and mental illness to the obstacles of everyday life. In a year full of unforeseen challenges, having something to fight for - that gives us hope - has become crucial for so many. Performing at legendary venues such as the Whisky a Go Go, and supporting legends like Steven Adler, Nick has only just begun to make his presence known.

Tapping a bouncy bass groove and live rhythm section, Brodeur combines elements of soul, electronic, and pop with a steady hand on electric guitar to create a dreamy soundscape reminiscent of the legendary collab between Santana and Clive Davis. "Believe It's Your Time" will strike a positive note with anyone who struggles against the cold determinants of modern life, and refuses to give up hope.

The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation has made it their mission to ensure that no child is prevented from attaining their goals due to financial hardship.
