Diagnosis offers a sense of validation to everyone that is feeling the effects of continued isolation: you are not alone. We'll get through this, together.

"Diagnosis" is not an official single, but a release from Alanis to her fans as she feels it relates to what's currently going on in the world. She offers up another taste from upcoming ninth studio album "Such Pretty Forks In The Road" which will be released later this year.

For eight years, Alanis Morissette fans have been waiting for a follow up to the certified Gold album "Havoc And Bright Lights," and finally the time has come! Alanis’ recent singles "Reasons I Drink" and "Smiling" will also feature in the album track list which was produced in collaboration with songwriter Michael Farrell (Morrissey, Macy Gray and others) and producer Alex Hope (Troye Sivan, Ben Platt, Tove Lo). This fall Alanis is set to embark on a thirteen-date European tour, which will see her perform at O2 Arena, London on September 28th.

Diagnosis offers a sense of validation to everyone that is feeling the effects of continued isolation: you are not alone. We'll get through this, together.

I no longer give a damn
About things that used to matter
And I am covering my eyes
As I am frozen on the spot
Call it what you want
Cuz I don’t even care anymore
Call me what you need to
To make yourself comfortable
