Borivali, the new ambient single from Bhaveek N. Makan, sets a beautiful tone, which is why it is the lead track for our Meditation playlist. it is a peaceful melodic drone from a soft pad, that builds upon itself with a spacious acoustic piano.

Once the backdrop has been constructed, we are treated to another voice: a Sufi-inspired soaring lead, that briefly flies above the ambient mix. Instrumental pieces can often be so full of open metaphor, and this is no exception. The dominant theme here is a sense of waking, of perception, and of appreciation for the vast and gorgeous intricacy of daily life.
