Upcoming singer songwriter and soul aficionado Stealth dropped his new single 'Sold Me A Dream' just a few weeks ago. With a nod to some of his biggest idols, including legends like Bill Withers, the Isley Brothers and Bobby Bland, Stealth is bringing us back to the beginning with his silky-smooth vocal presence and emotive lyrics. 'Sold Me A Dream' explores the enticing and often illusory fantasy of love, that blindness that we so often confuse with the real thing.

With a recent signing to Ultra Records, Stealth is steadily making his way to the top of the UK charts and beyond with his original and stirring brand of precious and authentic soul. 'Sold Me A Dream' channels that 'music of a broken heart' that we remember from the classic days, exposing his personal and vulnerable style of writing to a worldwide audience.

After my album ‘Bury Me’ came out i really wanted to try and stretch myself musically with my next release, and i found myself diving into the music my parents had on in the house when growing up. ‘Sold Me a Dream’ was the 1st of the songs that i felt really encapsulated what i was going for. It's all about False hope. Being told that all your prayers are answered when the reality falls quite short. — Stealth

What a waste of my time
All that cheating a lying babe
But I kept buying it
'Cause it felt so sublime
The blindfold over my eyes
So, I kept buying it
You left like it was nothing
Guess I'm the fool for loving
Loving a lie
Your sweet lullaby
All I needed
Or so I believed
Yeah, you sold me a dream honey
And now I just cant sleep
You gave me meaning
Lord, how I was deceived
Yeah, you sold me dream honey
Sold me a dream
Now, I just cant sleep
