With a captivating vocal and the raw elements of acoustic guitar, live drums, and banjo, songstress Geneviève Racette presents a beautiful poem of love and connection, wrapped in the bitterly cathartic winds of northern Canada. Life can have a way of pushing us, and from grief we sometimes find access to a larger truth.

Those we love, live in our hearts forever, wherever their bodies may go. Maybe they only fade into the heart of the universe: the place that holds all of our souls.

“I can feel you everywhere
through the water, through the air
I know just where you are
my northern star”

This gorgeous Americana-inspired track might help you feel a little bit closer to someone you have lost.

Folk-pop singer-songwriter Geneviève Racette is proud to announce that she will be releasing her sophomore bilingual album No Water, No Flowers in three parts.
