New York City native Tyler Morris developed a fascination with electronic music and production at a young age. A graduate of Robert Moog’s alma mater in The Bronx, he eventually adopted the name Westend in honor of the part of the city that cultivated his musical upbringing. He has since found his calling as a top-selling artist on the US tech-house scene.
After chart-topping releases like "Friend Zone" and "Detonate" on labels Dirtybird, Club Sweat, Box of Cats, Country Club Disco and IN/ ROTATION, Westend went on to tour the US and connect with audiences across the country. Along with his originals, Morris has worked on remixes for some of today’s biggest artists—a list that includes Alessia Cara, Lauv & Troye Sivan, Louis the Child, and Joel Corry. With nods from industry heavyweights like Claude Von Stroke, Diplo, Justin Martin, Tiesto, and Gorgon City, his work as writer and producer is in high demand.
