Jesper Hasnaoui finds inspiration through a very personal contrast between bliss and desolation. Hasnaoui has from a young age played guitar in multiple bands, and always was the guitarist in the back of the stage; he realized that if he wanted to reflect his own thoughts and ideas, he needed to write his own songs.

Hasnaoui's music combines the therapeutic potential of beautiful melody with delicate guitars and mellow percussion. He finds comfort in melancholy, nature, and silence, and Warm Night In Oslo blends influences from indie-folk artists like Bon Iver and S. Carey with a wistful missive to his home in Norway, and the memory of a perfect love. Warm Night In Oslo is a soothing and romantic moment of introspection, served over an understated shuffle and a complement of muted brass.

Jesper Hasnaoui is an artist based out of Oslo, Norway. This song is featured on our Rainy Day playlist.
