A captured moment in time, equal parts horror and fascination.

This video is very moving. Warning: it is intense, not completely in a graphical sense, but in the way that interpretive dance can be so visceral, and direct, and perhaps even confrontational.

It is a masterpiece of DIY artistry, and the musical backdrop of audible pathos pairs so well with what is a stream of consciousness in crisis-adorned slow motion. The body language of the video performance brings to mind references to Childish Gambino and Maggie Rogers, while the music has an understated folk-pop splendor. it is a captured moment in time, equal parts horror and fascination.

NOAHS is a Brazilian indie folk band formed in 2014 by members Murilo Brito (lead vocals and acoustic guitar), Danilo Brito (bass), Bruno Bastos (electric guitar and vocals) and Felipe Hipolito (drums). This song is featured on our Lost Treasure - Americana playlist.
