Hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, Adam Faucett's music has the kind of vocal presence and guitarwork that really shines in the context of a three-piece band. The flatpicking technique here is not to be underestimated, along with some interesting modal tonalities that really push the boundaries of soulful indie rock into something more cerebral. Along with an impressive touring career that has found him sharing a ticket with the likes of Jason Isbell, Damien Jurado, & Chuck Ragan, Adam Faucett has delivered five full-length albums, starting with 2007's "The Great Basking Shark."

In a larger sense, Adam Fawcett's music delves into the spiritual, and examines the creation of art itself. With a mood and overall energy that could be described as darkly chaotic, his music draws from the landscapes of rural Arkansas as well as an insatiable curiosity for exploring the unknown. "Nobody Wanna See This Alone" delivers a smooth sonic experience, book-ended on the one side by powerful lyricism, and the other by an undeniable talent for melody-making that can be described as both haunting and exhilarating.
