Close friends Sasha Daniel (singer, songwriter, and producer) and Dov Igel (songwriter, producer, and singer) have a magical synergy together that feels perfectly realized. An idea in its truest form, just groove and melody and air. Latest single "Crush" is the musical equivalent of a soufflé: we're not clear on how its existence is even possible, but it sure is delicious.

These two unique musical artists, travel the world to produce each subsequent EP from a new location–at least, that's what they've decided to do until now. Their 3rd EP was recorded in Cucuteni, Romania. "Crush" is featured as a preview single, and there's just something about the organic nature of that drum pocket, & the slow burn effect of the midtempo shuffle that feels both precise and ice cold. And that snare tone is just off the charts. Yes, please.

In 2021, tragedy struck when Dov lost his mother, bringing the duo even closer. Seeking solace and inspiration, they retreated to Scandinavia, crafting music shaped by nature, loss, and their deep bond—all with minimal equipment. The result was a three-song EP and a renewed vision for Sasha & The Bear: a project reborn through travel, raw creativity, and the pursuit of making music as authentically as possible.
