Out of Australia we have discovered a brand new indie rock 5-piece named Search Committee. With upbeat, optimistic indie vibes and a flair for melody that reminds us of The Bravery, their latest single "The Empowerage Of Words" does not disappoint. It's a teaser from upcoming EP "Good Rapport" which promises to be a worthy debut from these fun loving, quirky young rockers.

Combining a beautifully-delivered, arpeggiated electric guitar with driving bass and a power-packed drum performance, we are led into a vocal climax that feels both surprising and raw. An impressive emotional range and natural band synergy make Search Committee one to keep your eye on. Their lead singer has the buttery, confident baritone and subtle vibrato of a Sam Endicott, and the band delivers well-written, engaging songs that feel both unique and familiar.
